The experience Lawlab offers is excellent. To get started, using the Rundl platform is a breeze and is backed up by great service if you need to call to clarify anything.

The process of buying a property can move quick, so having someone assigned to your case and undertaking a contract review to protect your interests and alert you to any risks whilst considering a property is invaluable. Once comfortable, whether that is placing an offer based off the contract or during a cooling off period, the conveyancing experience is smooth and easy.

Communication is clear receiving notifications by email alerting you to log in to Rundl and view messages on your case. Whether it is uploading or downloading documents, the process is simple and there are guides to help you understand the conveyancing process. Lawlab also provide advice to protect your fianancial safety given the need to exchange large amounts of money to a real estate agent or Lawlab themselves, plus insurance considerations on acceptance of an offer.

Once settlement is complete, nice to get a phonecall advising of the successful settlement, documents showing all the transactions involved etc.

Wynona is a powerhouse – She stopped a bully on settlement day!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is my second business property sale with Lawlab Melbourne, and I cannot recommend Wynona enough. While the process is usually smooth, you really learn the value of your conveyancer when things go wrong.
On the morning of settlement (at 7:30 AM!), the purchaser turned into a bully. He was on the property prematurely and tried to force a $1,000 price reduction over a missing piece of scrap metal. I was incredibly stressed, but Wynona stepped in immediately. She consulted his solicitor, had the purchaser removed from the property for trespassing, and ensured settlement went through on our terms.
